Tara O'Day

Tara is a ballroom dance instructor certified through AIDA and Dance Vision. Her warm and encouraging teaching style is rooted in building strong foundations that support confident, authentic movement. As someone who started dancing later in life, she understands the vulnerability of being a beginner and learning something new. She is dedicated to helping people find joy in connecting to themselves and others through partnered dance.

With a background in teaching and a Master’s in Writing Arts, Tara breaks down technique into accessible concepts that help dancers move with confidence and intention. She meets students where they are, whether they are stepping onto the floor for the first time or refining technique for competition. She strives to create lessons that feel both challenging and supportive, guiding students toward growth at every stage of their dance journey.
